Full time- 37 Hours per week

 

Are you interested in undertaking the programme of inspection of Highways? Are you able to assess conditions of carriageways, footpaths, kerbs and street furniture? Are you passionate about maintaining the roads of Luton? If yes, then this is the role for you!

 

We have an exciting role within our Highways Department where you will be responsible for inspecting the condition of highways. Your role will include completing appropriate records of the inspection and organise works as required.

 

You will be required to complete, check and agree invoices for payment and complete accurate records of the assessment of the highways. You will have the opportunity to identify defective areas and raise works orders indicating the priority, nature and dimensions of the works to be undertaken.
