Dynniq is a leading player in the market for Intelligent Mobility in the UK and Ireland; delivering technology-based products, systems and services that enable the effective and efficient movement of people, data and goods. We specialise in the design, development, installation and maintenance of the technologies and infrastructure that satisfy our Clients’ transport and communications challenges.
Our portfolio solves problems in road and rail transport, public lighting, communications and infrastructure in urban, rural and inter-urban environments; delivering benefit to end users such as the travelling public, whilst achieving the goals of public and private transport operators and authorities.
Our credibility in the market comes in part from the development and delivery of our own broad product portfolio, coupled with a strong track record in the delivery of integrated systems which build on those products. This credibility extends to the quality of our operations, maintenance, installation and commissioning services to local authorities, highways authorities, network operators and construction companies across the UK and Ireland.
We are driven by our determination to help people travel safely and effectively whilst respecting the environment. Our experienced and expert teams of installers, engineers, product and systems designers, consultants and project managers have a unique combination of product, systems and sector knowledge which we apply to challenges surrounding journey time reliability, the management of congestion and traffic flow, the integration of infrastructure networks, and the need for innovative technologies supported by reliable and quality services.
Dynniq (formerly Imtech Traffic & Infra) has been enhancing the control and management of vehicle traffic across the UK and Ireland transport networks since the 1980s, however the Company history dates back over 100 years. In 2007, Imtech N.V. acquired the Peek Group (Europe) which merged to form Imtech’s global Traffic & Infra Division; this opened up a wealth of opportunities across the traffic and infrastructure markets in the UK and Ireland resulting in the development of the following areas:
- Traffic Monitoring and Control
- Infrastructure Communications
- Control Systems for Ports, Tunnels, and Bridges
- Rail and Road-Rail
- Interface Infrastructure
- Public Lighting
Dynniq has its Head Office in Basingstoke, Hampshire, and we employ approximately 500 staff with regional offices throughout the UK and Ireland.
