DBi Services has completed the acquisition of Ainsty Timber Marketing (ATM).
ATM’s portfolio includes all aspects of landscaping, highway maintenance, fencing and vegetation management/maintenance and light civil works. The company currently works across a wide range of industry sectors including local authorities, major contractors, utilities and architects.
Located in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire, ATM employs more than 20 staff who have the specialist capability to work on diverse projects throughout England and Scotland.
DBi Services will operate the business under the name ATM, maintaining operations in the current location until a full transition is completed in late 2016/early 2017.
“The acquisition of ATM is a very strategic acquisition for DBi Services and a great opportunity to diversify our services throughout the UK and continue to grow into new markets,” said John LeFante, vice president of operations for the international business unit. “DBi Services is excited to welcome the employees of ATM into the DBi family.”
